Yimin Luo is a Master of Quantitative Finance student at the University of California, San Diego, with a strong foundation in financial modeling, econometrics, and sustainable investment analysis. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a Finance minor from Jilin University, where she was recognized with multiple first-class scholarships for academic excellence.
Yimin has internship experience in financial research at Dongguan Securities and has led academic projects on industry momentum strategies and global market volatility modeling. Proficient in Python, SQL, and Excel, she enjoys using data to solve real-world problems. At the Center for Community Energy, she is excited to apply her technical and analytical skills to clean energy finance and support innovative, community-based sustainability solutions.
