Kaitlin Mcquaid

Research and Outreach Specialist

Kaitlin McQuaid is a student of strategic communication at Point Loma Nazarene University, with a strong commitment to community advocacy and equity. During her time with the Center for Community Energy (CCE), she has served as a research and outreach specialist, driving community awareness and support for the organization’s EB-5 Research Project.

Kaitlin’s passion for social impact has led her to leadership roles within the HEAL network of the San Diego Housing Federation, where she advocates for homeless-experienced individuals in local governments, and the Residents United Network (RUN), empowering communities to shape housing policies. Her internship at the CCE provided her with valuable experience, reinforcing her dedication to serving the communities of San Diego County. She looks forward to continuing her work to foster sustainable and equitable community development.
