Jose Torre-Bueno

Dr. Torre-Bueno is an experienced technical manager and inventor in the green energy industry.  He is a prolific inventor with over 40 issued and pending patents.  One of these is Energy Optima©, a pending patent on using advanced mathematics from the biomedical field to optimize the energy improvements to a building. 

With over 30 years of experience, he has been a driver in groundbreaking product development for the emerging technology, Green Technology, and biotech industries. Since leaving the for profit sector he has been the head of the Center for Community Energy an non-profit dedicated to promoting distributed energy systems including acting as an intervenor before the CPUC.
