Analyst Intern

Aurora Seamanduras is an Analyst in the Center for Community Energy. Her main responsibilities include people engagement, data gathering, sponsor communication, and aiding in the development of projects depending on current needs.

She graduated in B. E. in Renewable Energy from CETYS University  and B. A. in Management from City University of Seattle. Previously she was an engineer intern in TTN Energy and Telecommunications, a renewable energy project pre-development consultancy where she designed and simulated solar systems of different sizes. She also volunteered in Proyecto Fronterizo, a non-profit focused on environmental education and sustainable projects, assisting in sponsor outreach, crowdfunding and project planning, ultimately helping in the development of a reforestation and community center project.

She expects to help in the improvement and development of the electrical energy industry in order to be more sustainable and financially available for everyone. She believes that environmental justice is achievable and crucial for true sustainability, where the present and future have to be greener in order to progress.

In her spare time Aurora likes to read, take online courses, watch series, and go to the movie theater.
