Andrew Fuller

Finance Manager

Hi, I’m Andrew Fuller. I was born and raised in San Diego, and I’m passionate about building a cleaner, more sustainable future for our communities. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, and I currently serve as a volunteer intern and finance team manager at the Center for Community Energy.

I bring over five years of experience in public policy from my time working with the San Diego County Board of Supervisors. As a Community Representative, I worked directly with residents to help shape policy and address local needs—especially around infrastructure, utilities, and environmental concerns.

Outside of policy, I’ve always been a hands-on builder. I have a background in renewable energy and battery technology and consider myself a bit of a garage engineer—building mechanical and electrical projects of all kinds. I’m also an apprentice lineman with the San Diego Trolley Company, where I’m learning firsthand about electrical systems, clean energy, and sustainable transportation.

I’m excited to combine my technical and policy experience to support community-based solutions for energy and environmental challenges.
